Welcome to Advantage Auto Glass. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any agreements entered into with Advantage Auto Glass, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). By scheduling services, using this website, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our website or services.


1. Company Information

Advantage Auto Glass is a locally owned and operated mobile auto glass service provider based in Southeast Idaho. We specialize in windshield repair, windshield replacement, ADAS calibration, and related services for a wide range of vehicles, including newer models and high-tech systems.


2. Eligibility for Use

By engaging our services or using our website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If acting on behalf of a business or third party, you represent that you are authorized to bind such party to these Terms.


3. Scope of Services

We provide mobile auto glass repair and replacement, including:

  • Windshield replacement
  • Rock chip and crack repair
  • Car window replacement
  • Tesla windshield and ADAS-related services
  • ADAS recalibration (where applicable)

All services are provided subject to availability, weather, and location access. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.


4. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided—whether via phone, online, or in writing—are based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if additional damage, hardware, or calibration is required upon inspection. Estimates do not include taxes, surcharges, or applicable insurance deductibles unless stated otherwise.


5. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most major insurance plans.


Insurance Claims:

If you choose to pay through insurance:

  • We will assist with submitting claims and communicating with your provider.
  • You remain responsible for any deductibles, denied claims, or uncovered services.
  • If your insurance fails to remit payment within 45 days, you will be invoiced directly.

You understand that your right to select a repair facility is protected by law, and you are not obligated to use any insurer-recommended facility.


6. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, text, or online.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee up to $75 to cover technician time and travel.
  • Weather or location issues may cause rescheduling; we will communicate promptly in such cases.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship with the following warranties:

  • Windshield Replacement: Limited lifetime warranty against installation defects and leaks for as long as you own the vehicle.
  • Rock Chip Repairs: No guarantee is offered that a repaired chip will not spread. If it does, we will credit the cost of the chip repair toward a full windshield replacement performed by us.
  • ADAS Calibration: Warranty limited to calibration accuracy at time of service, per manufacturer standards.

Warranties do not cover new damage, accidents, vandalism, improper care, or third-party tampering.


8. ADAS Calibration

Many modern vehicles include Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that require recalibration after windshield replacement.

  • If your vehicle requires ADAS calibration, we will notify you at the time of service.
  • Declining this service may result in malfunctioning safety features. We are not liable for damages or injury resulting from a customer’s refusal of recalibration services.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility or success of recalibration for unsupported vehicle makes or modified systems.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost time, income, or use of your vehicle.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims related to vehicle condition, pre-existing damage, aftermarket equipment, or third-party negligence.


10. Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You agree not to misuse the site by attempting unauthorized access, scraping content, uploading malware, or engaging in any activity that disrupts functionality.

Content on our site, including service descriptions, pricing, testimonials, images, and trade names, is the property of Advantage Auto Glass and may not be copied or reused without permission.


11. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal data collected through contact forms, quote requests, or service scheduling is used solely to communicate with you and fulfill your service request.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events outside of our reasonable control, including acts of nature, road closures, supplier delays, power outages, or other unforeseen disruptions.


13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these Terms or from services provided shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a dispute arises, you agree to attempt resolution with us in good faith before pursuing formal legal action. Any unresolved dispute shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Bonneville County, Idaho.


14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
